Fleet & Catering Options
The Mobile Catering Group continue to invest in a fleet of custom built units of the highest standard, including adding vintage and quirky units to satisfy the current demand.
The larger units are designed to provide wide ranging menus, encompassing a diverse choice of hot and cold food and drinks.
Even our vintage units are designed and constructed to the same exacting standards, which enables us to generate the same revenue as conventional units, which in turn means that the Event Organiser’s rental income is not compromised.
Burger, Fries & Bacon Bar
Always extremely popular at every event, this is the core of the catering options. Through thoughtful design and construction our units are able to offer a range of products including pulled pork, pasties and pies or jacket potatoes alongside our burgers and fries or simply concentrate on the basic menu with a fast, efficient service.
Coffee & Doughnuts
This is the mainstay of our business which continues to be extremely popular. We offer a Lavazza bean to cup option and present our freshly made doughnuts to the highest standards.
Fresh Doughnuts & Crepes
Alongside our ever popular doughnut option we have the capability to offer fresh, individually made crepes with a selection of sweet and savoury fillings.
Specialist Coffee
This fabulous converted Rice Horse Trailer is finished beautifully and as it is fully electric can be operated both indoors or outdoors. As you would imagine, this unit is particularly popular at equine events and has become a regular feature at the home of jump racing, Cheltenham Racecourse.
Baguettes & Baked Potatoes
We have always had the option to provide these products and in recent years, as the focus for healthier eating has become more prevalent, so too has their popularity continued.
Vintage Coffee & Doughnut
We took a 1970 Peugeot cattle truck and (at vast expense!) converted it into a high output coffee and doughnut. Complete with two bean – to – cup machines , an excellent fryer and an eye for detail we produced a unit we are extremely proud of and were thrilled to take to Goodwood Revival in 2018.
Burger, Fries, Pasties & Pies
Offering traditional Cornish pasties, a choice of pies and sausage rolls alongside our burgers and bacon rolls gives an increased choice for our customers.
All our beefburgers, both 4oz and 6oz, are produced in the Midlands using 100% British Beef and made to our specific recipe incorporating caramelized onions and cracked black pepper.
Our sausage, both 4oz and 6oz, are produced by an award winning manufacturer in Wales and our standard is a breakfast sausage but pork & leek or Cumberland are available if preferred.
Every effort is made to source the finest products and we continue to rely on local suppliers such as Pershore Produce, Bromsgrove Bacon, Willow Coffee and Café Spa, all of whom we have dealt for over 20 years.
